Old World Culture was conceived as a Trust to promote the arts and thereby expand and enhance the cultural options available in Delhi NCR. The annual Old World Theatre Festival, now in its 14th year, the Prithvi Theatre Festival and Tribute to the Legends- Music Festival are some of the Old World Culture presentations that have enriched the capital’s cultural landscape in the past.

Profits made by Old World Culture through the year are committed to nurturing the performing arts. One such initiative was funding the YouthReach Apprenticeship Programme- an initiative to give children from various NGOs the opportunity to work under renowned artistes.

OWC's contribution to reinvigorating Theatre in the city has been constant and praise-worthy. While on the one hand we have presented performances of the best and brightest stars of the theatrical firmament, on the other hand we have served as a nursery that has nurtured budding talent and seeded festivals that are today blazing their own trail in their promotion and support of theatre.

OWC's annual Old World Theatre Festival is today a landmark in the capital's theatre calendar and its unique arm, Collegiate Theatre Festival has over the years grown and matured into a vibrant and quality theatre experience that gives college students a one of a kind opportunity to showcase their talent in front of the who’s who of the industry.
